Growing up as the daughter of a doula, I watched my mother hold space for families during one of the most
sacred experiences of their lives. I saw what it meant to show up fully — with presence, with love, with
unwavering support.
When I had my own babies, I felt it from the other side. I understood in my bones what it means to need
someone in that room who is completely, wholeheartedly there for you.
For years I carried this calling while building a career in customer experience — learning how to care for
people with intention, how to show up professionally, how to make someone feel truly seen and supported.
Then I realized: I had been preparing for this all along.
The Arrival Co. was born from a lifetime of love for birth — my mother's legacy, my own experience, and a
deep belief that every birthing person deserves exceptional, intentional, loving support from the very
beginning of their journey through the first days of new life.
This is not just what I do.
